Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment that are environmentally friendly and non-abrasive. We welcome the use of your preferred cleaning products and would be happy to have our cleaner use them during their visit. Please let us know in advance if you would like to provide your own cleaning supplies.
Are your employees background checked and insured?
Yes, our cleaners are screened in order to provide you with peace of mind that your homes or office spaces are being serviced by trustworthy individuals. Employees are also insured to protect them and you as the customer alike in case of accidents or damages during the cleaning process.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we simply ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. There is no charge for cancellations made with 48 hours notice. We know that life can be unpredictable and we want to make sure that you have the flexibility you need when scheduling your cleaning service with us. However, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, we may not be able to fill your spot with another client, which can impact our ability to provide the best possible service to all of our customers. In such cases, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning service.
How do I pay for your services?
We have several methods of payments which include cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, credit / debit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, check or ACH.
